New Content Editor Now Available!

CU PolicyPro and Recovery now have a new content editor! This update provides a more flexible, easier editing experience and sets the foundation for future enhancements.

We recommend reviewing content before publishing as you get familiar with the new editor.  

What's New

• Import option!
  You can now import Word or Excel documents directly into CU PolicyPro and RecoveryPro, saving time when adding content.

• Updated toolbar icons
  The editing toolbar icons have been updated. Hover over any toolbar icon for a description if you're not sure what it does.
  Update! Format Painter and Spell Check tools were recently added!

• Save notes without interrupting your work
  Auditing Notes can now be saved independently of your content.
   
• Less formatting work
  Numbered lists now automatically follow standard model formatting.

• Line Spacing Control
  A new line spacing tool gives you more flexibility when formatting paragraphs and numbered lists.

• Content Lock for Editing
  Choose to lock content while editing to secure changes and let others know the content has been locked for editing.

• New Key Field View
  Defined Key Fields now appear in blue within the content editor, making them easier to identify, review, and verify while editing your content.
   
• More control when saving
  Choose to Save and Keep Editing or Save and Return to Content Listing.
   
• Simplified tools
  Viewing options like Print Preview, Published Version, and Activity Log are now in one place.
   
• Custom Date Fields
  Add and define additional custom date fields for CU PolicyPro and RecoveryPro content.
